Purchase Transactions

  • Will I be charged tax on purchases? Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to CA, AZ, NV, FL, NJ and NY.
  • What is the Shipping policy? The individual account holder chooses the method of shipping they prefer. AFP will make every effort to release products for shipment to the designated carrier within 1-3 business days from date of order. In the event of backorder, account holder will be notified immediately. We ship only in the United States via this site. However, for international orders please contact us at (310) 559-9949 for support. In CA, AZ, NV, FL, NJ and NY, applicable sales tax will be included for shipping and handling. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. AFP will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE for delivery of product(s).
  • What is the Return Policy? All items are eligible for a 30-day return, in which an exchange and/or company credit will be given. Items must be returned in original packaging, free of damage and unused. There will not be a reimbursement for the initial shipping and/or freight costs. Furthermore, the customer will bear the costs of all return shipping and/or freight.
  • How secure is my information? Strong precautions are taken to protect the information of the users of our store. When users submit sensitive information via the store, that information is protected both online and off-line. Account information is encrypted and is protected utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user- information off-line. All of the information of our store's users, including the sensitive information mentioned above, is maintained in a restricted section in our offices.   • Will I receive a receipt for any orders made through the store? Yes. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details included.
  • What company will appear on the invoices, customer billing and correspondence? All correspondence in written or electronic form will be from Advantage Fitness Products.
  • Who do I contact if there are any issues with either the store (consumer) or the program (fitness facility)? For the retail customer, please click on Contact Us on the right side of the navigation bar. For the fitness facility, if there is operational issues that arise, please contact the Program Administrator from AFP (listed in your store); if there are issues to be discussed regarding the program, please contact your Corporate Representative (listed in your store).

Service Requests

  • How do I submit a service request? Upon logging into your secured account, you will click on Request A Service Request. You will simply fill out the online form and click "Submit." You will receive confirmation via email as to our receipt, a summary of the areas of service in need of attention, and your Service Order number for reference. Following, an Advantage Fitness Products support specialist will contact you within 3 business hours to solidify your service appointment.
  • Do I need to enter my inventory to have a service request made? Yes. The piece of equipment in need of service must be entered into your Asset Management tool. Only those pieces entered can have a service request call made.
  • Can I request service for multiple equipment in one service request? At this time, to accurately and efficiently track and monitor your fitness equipment's service history, please submit one service request per piece of equipment.
  • Do I need to provide a Purchase Order Number for a Service Request? Only if it is applicable to the processes within your company.
  • How do I set up a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) with Advantage Fitness Products? Contact the AFP Program Administrator as displayed at the bottom of this page for further information.
